A deadstock poly tulle with line drawing embroidery in a lustrous powder blue on a navy blue base. This lightweight fabric has been created with a classic tulle base, then embroidered in a large scale peony floral design in blue on a navy base.  A completely sheer fabric with soft drape and no stretch and subtle lustre.
